John Gaudiosi
John Gaudiosi has spent 25 years covering the Global Video Game Industry for international print, online and television outlets for millions of readers and viewers for both the business outlets like Fortune, The Hollywood Reporter, Forbes and Reuters and consumer brands like Wired, Playboy, Entertainment Weekly, USA Today and IGN. John now utilizes this knowledge for marketing, consulting and custom content within the video game industry. Over the last decade of his journalism career, John also focused on the production of video content for online syndication.
John co-founded Greenlit Content LLC – which he grew from 4 to 40 employees in four years and sold to RekTGlobal, Inc. in 2019 – earning his investors an 8x exit. He helped companies market to esports and gaming fans across Millennial and Gen Z audiences, including a network of over 100 million gamers. He handled everything from custom websites to social media marketing to video and editorial content covering all aspects of gaming and esports.
John is currently Co-Founder of Moonrock Agency – which was launched as a 2.0 marketing agency designed to help gaming companies of all shapes and sizes, including those utilizing blockchain, crypto and NFT technologies. Moonrock is currently working with brands like Lenovo, Red Bull Media House, Square Enix, Sony PlayStation, Microsoft, Neon, HiDef, Vs. Evil, Skydance Interactive, Skybound Games and Rogue Games.
