Mr. Boccardi began his career in Monte Carlo as a commodities trader, financing agricultural production, buying and selling commodities across continents, and hedging risk on the London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange and the New York Mercantile Exchange. In his early twenties, he expanded into land acquisition and real estate development, focusing on luxury properties in the South of France.

After relocating to the United States, Mr. Boccardi identified early opportunities in the gaming and hospitality sector, investing in undervalued Hotel & Casino Resort properties well before their full market value became evident. He is also an active venture capitalist and, through several controlled entities, invests in promising business ventures across multiple sectors. In parallel, he is the owner and creator of independent media properties, including original narrative franchises.
