Charles Lombino
Charles Lombino graduated from the U.C.L.A. School of Law, where he received various awards and scholarships. He was also a law review staff member at the university and interned for the Hon. David W. Williams in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Lombino is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and is also accepted to practice law by the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California. He is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is practicing business and commercial law, entertainment law, intellectual property law including technology matters, commercial real estate, and civil litigation.
Mr. Lombino is past president of the Italian American Lawyers of Los Angeles County, a former Judge pro tempore for the County of Ventura, a former member of the California State Bar Intellectual Property Section Board, a former member of the California State Bar Committee for the Administration of Justice (which reviews and advises on state legislation), and a former Arbitrator in Los Angeles and Ventura counties.
Mr. Lombino was formerly on the Nevada State Bar Advertising Committee, is a past president of the Nevada Intellectual Property Section and is a past Board Member of the Las Vegas Sculpture Park, Inc., a non-profit organization.
Mr. Lombino is also the former General Counsel of Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. and former outside general counsel to several technology companies. Mr. Lombino’s vast legal expertise spans over 40 years in litigation and 35 years in business law.
