Lee Mebel has joined Astradyne as the Vice President of Recruiting.

With 20 years of expertise in Talent Acquisition for hyper-growth SaaS and Consumer Product Goods (CPG) companies, Lee excels in identifying and nurturing high-performing employees essential for business success. Lee is also well-versed in working with large corporations such as RE/MAX and Twitter, demonstrating versatility and deep familiarity with diverse organizational environments.

His unique skill set especially augments hiring during the growth cycle of Astradyne. Lee has a strong history of developing and executing an in-house talent acquisition strategy for companies.

Lee brings the same energetic zest for adventure and positive interpersonal relationships to his professional life as he does to his personal life. Driven to push beyond his boundaries while giving back to the community, he volunteers with the local Search and Rescue group in Durango, Colorado. Outside of work and volunteering, Lee enjoys adventuring in the Colorado mountains by foot, ski, mountain bike, rope, and whitewater SUP.
