Mark Allen Stuart
Mark Allen Stuart has been an Officer in four publicly held companies and has had the opportunity to lead several public and private world-class organizations. Mark began his career at Procter & Gamble and was recruited into senior operating, marketing, strategic planning and general management positions at Blockbuster Entertainment, The Kobacker Company, and EZCorp – in addition to being part of the team that took Linens ‘n Things public on the NYSE. During his tenure at Blockbuster and Linens ‘n Things, both organizations were the fastest growing stocks on the NYSE. As a member of the leadership of these organizations, Mark gained invaluable experience in the areas of Mergers, Acquisitions, Capital Raising and Initial Public Offerings. As a student of the capital markets, Mark has experience in all 8 verticals of raising capital.
Mark has also served as the CEO of Mainline Marketplace and managed the sale of the business to ChannelSpace Entertainment, becoming the acquirers’ CEO as a component of the transaction and subsequently serving as COO of O2 Essential Marketing Technologies upon its acquisition of ChannelSpace. Additionally, during his consulting career, Mark has consulted for a wide range of national and global businesses including World Wrestling Entertainment, Everlast Worldwide, Joseph Abboud Apparel Group, Dollar Financial Group, Boathouse Sports, Hartstrings, Domain Home Fashions, ANH Refractories, Hollandia International, Daffy’s, Guitar Center Corp., Herman Miller for the Home, Jonathan Adler Enterprises, Accenture Corporation, Health Network Labs, Corcentric, Mobile Outfitters, Constellation Brands, Cubesmart, The Philadelphia Flyers, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Idera Pharmaceuticals, Kairos Aerospace, Integrated Medical Devices.
Mark, a full scholarship student-athlete and varsity football player, graduated from Rice University.
