Mihai Runcan joins ASTRADYNE with over 20 Years of Experience in the Technology Sector specifically in the management and development of products for IT companies.
Mihai personifies what true leadership is after having been able to continuously build exceptional teams and success.

Throughout his career, Mihai has been a Developer, Technical Lead, Solution Architect, Technical Project Manager, Technical Consultant, and managed multiple teams and departments – all of which equipped him with extensive technical know-how.   Mihai’s last position was as the Head of Technology of an international AI Company.

Always hands-on, Mihai focuses on finding solutions and building value. Thanks to his entrepreneurial spirit and hard work ethic, Mihai was able to launch his own software services company and grew it rapidly and successfully from 1 to 35 employees in Romania’s Silicon Valley (Cluj-Napoca).
