Davis Blaine brings a plethora of experience to Astradyne, serving as its Independent Director. With a distinguished career spanning valuation, finance, investment banking, and strategic advisory, Mr. Blaine is widely recognized as one of the nation’s leading experts in the accounting, tax, and financial dimensions of corporate transactions.

He currently serves as Chairman of The Mentor Group, Inc. and Mentor Securities, LLC, where he has guided companies through acquisitions, recapitalizations, restructurings, joint ventures, private placements, and management buyouts. His work includes delivering fairness and solvency opinions, structuring complex deal terms, and preparing firms for both private and public investment.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Blaine served as Executive Vice President at Arthur D. Little Valuation, and he founded and chaired American Valuation Consultants, later leading the combined entity after its acquisition by Valuation Research.

A graduate of Dartmouth College and The University of Michigan (MBA, Finance), he is a Senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), a FINRA‑licensed professional, a founder of influential business forums, and a speaker at numerous valuation, M&A, and capital‑raising seminars. He is also the author of several business books, including Coach Daddy, Naked Without a Network, and The Book on Business – From A to Z.
